Ringo error message

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5681773.

I tried to get a free hour’s parking via Ringo. It came up with an error message saying I had used too many free parking sessions. I haven’t used the car park in weeks. Something incorrect in the system?
