This vehicle (KM59 UZG) has been SWORN but has been parked on a public highway for sometime now. The vehicle is parked on the pavement / walkway on the roundabout creating a risk of an accident with vehicles using the roundabout and pedestrians wanting to navigate passed the parked vehicle.
