Car parked on footpath

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5658810.

Car parked constantly on the path from 5.30pm every day. People have to walk onto the road in the dark this is dangerous as cars are coming round from the blind bend and I nearly got hit by one. The owner of this car has had a driveway put outside their house so don't understand why they have to completely cover this footpath with their car.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
