Being fined when I have paid

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5653865.

Why have I been fined again - I paid £10 to park and have been issued a PCN that I now have to appeal. Please resolve this issue with the wardens in Princes Risborough
