Overflowing household bin due to council not collecting

The house at 10 Pluto Way has a large recycling bin that is not being collected by the local council. It appears the rubbish is being bagged up, however loose rubbish is blowing across the road due to high winds. This is causing the road to appear unsightly and could lead to rodents or other unwanted pests. Please investigate.

Dog bins emptied on a schedule which can be weekly or twice weekly; we will ensure this bin emptied as soon as possible.
