The service road has double yellow lines all around but residents of the new flats on Oxford Street keep their cars parked there all day and all night. Our refuse collection and delivery lorries struggle to get anywhere near the back of our shop due to this illegal parking. Never see a traffic warden. They are just left to get on with it. Residents can apply for parking permits so there is an option.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
