Vehicle regularly parking on double yellow lines. Creates safety risk for other vehicles needing to pass this stationery vehicle, and to pedestrians crossing the road whose vision is impaired by this obstruction. Beeches Road is in regular use, especially during commuting times in the morning when this vehicle is often parked. The Burnham Beeches car park on Lord Mayors Drive is close to this location.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
