Lower part of Clappins Lane

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council 2 hours, 5 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 5632551.

Main Road and New Road are both currently closed due to Affinity Water works and this leaves only Clappins Lane as that way to get out for residents, with this being the only way out there is an increase in traffic and the bottom of Clappins Lane is only single track and with a blind bend. This means that there is regularly cars going both directions and one side has to back up. This could all be sorted if there are lights at this bottom part of the road to allow traffic in both directions alternatively. This is an issue every time Main Road is closed off for works. Please could this be looked into and something put in place for future closure as this would alleviate a serious issue.

    They will carry out an inspection within the next 10 working days and if required arrange to resolve the issue.
