Wades Centre, noise from party travels in one direction only

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5625944.

Right now there's happening some party in Wades centre with very loud music and it only travels in the direction of the part, Brooke road houses, it reaches the neighbourhood and is frankly quite unbearable. I reported this problem before and reporting it again. Today I found out that the noise only travels in one direction, which probably means the speakers are turned in this way. I am not against parties as such, but the bass/drums level leaking through from the building is aggravating and causes a lot of trouble to the sick and the elderly. Please, please do something about it.
