You have a major map issue in this area. You keep saying that the land where the issues are not on a public highway. Yet it clearly is a public highway as the whole area has double yellow lines. And these are enforced by you. You need to check the land registry documents of this area if you believe otherwise!!!. And update the map database !!!!
