These barriers are preventing Affinity Water reading my water meter.

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5585898.
These barriers have been in place around this dead tree for too many years to remember! Since the storms of a few weeks ago they have all ended up laying down again. Unfortunately, I'm unable to put them back up by myself. I am now receiving emails from my water company threatening me with an extra charge of £80 for not allowing Affinity to gain access to their meter to read it. I've circled where the Affinity Trojan Cover is. I hope this can be rectified very soon. I had the same problem last September, but the barriers were put back into place in time for Affinity to re-read the meter as someone had put the barriers back up!
