Unable to check out with my Blue Badge

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5568516.

I used the car park outside the council offices this afternoon 12th Feb in my car WL61EAA around 4pm. When I tried to check out about 35 minutes later there was no obvious scanner for my blue badge and where I was trying to scan it didn't accept it. I did try twice but nothing I tried worked.
