Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5568177.

The paying by cash was not a available tryed to ring said reg the colour grey they did not understand many times tried texting came back from the company with the correct reg and colour amazing my husband who is very ill was stressed had an appointment for a medical assessment so we could not wait any longer completely stressed.
