None of the parking machines were working. The RingGo phone line was not working. I tried to down load the free app and it directed me to a scam copy-cat site requesting payment for ˋfree registratioń. The was no means of payment and worse than that the scam app could be taking people bank details.

The Ringgo phone line was not working. A message said the network was unavailable. Having tried to down load the free app as an alternative means of payment, it was intercepted by a copy/fake Ringgo app which is a scam, asking for a registration fee (before being asked for location or amount of time required). This could be followed up by a scammer posing as the bank to encourage movement of money to a so called ˋsafe‘ bank account. Be vigilant. There was no safe way to make a payment approx. 2.10pm Monday 12th Feb. 2024
