The carpark machine doesn't work and the ringo location code is not recognised

I tried to park here this morning around 10 am Monday 12th Feb 2024. The machine wasn't working. I tried to use the ringo app. That wouldn't work. I called the number on the signage I gave details of my car then I was asked for the location code and that wasn't recognised.
