Abandoned car which has been illegally SORN off the road, no MOT, no tax, no insurance.

This has been reported since September 2023. At least twice! No action taken, just the standard response we will investigate, and closed! Obviously between Council and police unable to action anything?! It is illegally SORN off the road, however it’s obviously parked on the road since September 23 when originally raised as an issue. It’s blocking a drop kerb on a corner which has raised as an issue prior preventing access for disabled pedestrians. Recover and fine the owner for falsely claiming vehicle is SORN.
