Been here several weeks. You say it’s not abandoned because it has a valid MOT, it is abandoned. It’s also not insured.

It’s parked on a solid single yellow line 24 hours a day, there are clear road signs that prohibits that between Mon-Fri 8am -6pm yet not a single traffic warden in sight?

It causes an obstruction to pedestrians and road users, particularly during rush hour.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
