Dog Bins in the Bucks College Area - Unsightly and Unhygienic for Young People

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5537892.

The dog bins have not been emptied for at least 2 weeks. Why is the Council not communicating with the public about why this is happening? Are you paying the invoices of the contractor or if dealt with in-house, why is the service lead not organising this to be rectified? What is stopping this being fixed?
