Free parking is being abused

At least 2 vehicles have been abandoned in this car park, vehicles are allowed to park free for 24 hours, the van and car pictured have both been there a long time - the van is untaxed and the car doesn’t have an MOT, several people were trying to park to use the park, but couldn’t, there are more cars that need checking but I was being watched when I took these photos and felt vulnerable so left as quickly as I could. The van has been reported before by someone else but has not been removed.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
