Blue citroen smashed on the front has been parked on the PAVEMENT for nearly 3 weeks now

KJ52XGC, this vehicle has been parked on the pavement now for nearly 3 weeks, pedestrians, people with pushchairs, wheelchairs etc have to go in the road to pass it, there is a school very close by so it is very dangerous for the children. The car is badly damaged on the front.
