This car has been parked in a restricted zone on Beechwood Close 3 days running. It is also across the pavement. No wardens have been seen checking for offenders on a day or even weekly basis. 11-12pm is the time denoted as prohibited.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
