Illuminated Keep Left Bollards Missing and No Signs at Pedestrian Crossing Island

This is dangerous from both directions. The island cannot be seen from either direction due to no illuminated keep left bollard and sign. These look like they’ve been previously struck and damaged and can be seen in the photographs discarded on the side of the road.
