Y978 KAP parked on Hawkslade furlong HP21 9JA. The car is full of rubbish, hasn't moved for 7 weeks. It doesn't have an MOT so should not be parked on a public highway. I don't recognise it as a car from the area. I reported this last week and the report has been closed without coming out and investigating it and I'm not sure why I was given no information on this.
