Hannon road close to the junction with Grenville Road

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5485932.

Mobile network mast installed in 2023 for 3 Network by C K Hutchinson Networks (UK) Ltd and there is an issue with the noise coming from a fan especially ion hot weather. There is a notice saying that if there is an issue that you need to write to them, which was done in September with no response, and if you are objecting that it needs to done within 12 months of installation to stand the most chance. Please could you advise when the mast was installed or when the licence so it can be checked that it is within 12 months.

    They will carry out an inspection within the next 10 working days and if required arrange to resolve the issue.
