Reported via desktop in the Street nameplates category anonymously at 11:05, Tue 23 January 2024

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5479693.

The street signs on Glory Mill Lane are both damaged. The one of the left hand side of the road has been listing at an angle for some time as a result of being hit. Today the one of the right hand side of the road was hit by a car and is also damaged.

Updates

  • This has been passed to the Local Area Technician to inspect and if required raise an order for a replacement.

If a replacement is required, we will order the street name plate and instruct our contractors to carry out the work. However, it is not economically viable for us to order and replace individual street name plates in isolation, which means that in some cases this can take up to 12 weeks, but please be assured once you have reported an issue with a street name plate we will attend and resolve as soon as we can.

The process for naming a new street remains unchanged, requests from developers should be to email streetnaming@buckinghamshire.gov.uk.
