Royal Mail, Citygate and crown house employees park on double yellow lines on Bassetsbury lane on a bend for the entire day and london road bedsit residents park all night. The yellow lines aren’t policed and everyone knows it so park freely 24/7. My personal interest is because a car lost Control on the bend to avoid parked cars and crashed through my electric gates causing 8k of damage. Driver could have been killed.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
