Manhole cover sticking up

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5453031.

On the corner of North Road/Kingshill Road directly opposite the Four Ashes Road Junction, just off the side of the road a manhole appears to be sticking up- it appears to be a BT manhole cover just at the base of the telegraph pole.
