Hi, Few days ago an individual towed the highway maintenance vehicle and inexplicably left it in its current obstructive position, complete with a visible towing rope at the front. The footway is now blocked, posing difficulty for pedestrians. To facilitate smoother passage, I kindly request this vehicle be relocated/removed/parked appropriately. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you
