Flooded rd cauases ice on rd at night

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5421604.

Flooded rd turns to black ice especially at night. Almost had an accident tonight because i didn't realise the road was full of black ice due to the flooded street.

There are no warnings and this is a major hazard. The flooding extends past queensmead road when you turn left towards the mini roundabout on london rd
