Path is extremely slippery and unsafe

The path is constantly covered in mud and leaves, in the winter this is extremely slippery and unsafe, when frosty the leaves and mud become frozen and are a constant slip hazard, on many occasions I find myself walking in the road to avoid slipping over, this can simply be resolved by cleaning the path
