A Citroën Van has been left on the road with multiple damage and there has been no attempt to collect this over the last few weeks

The van has been left on a small country road in a village, it is damaged and an eyesore, there is clear damage to the body of the van as well as issues with the front steering with elements hanging down from the van. this is in a dangerous location due to this being on a blind corner, meaning that residents need to be on the wrong side of the road to get past the van and navigate the corner.
