Traffic island sign missing

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5364646.

The traffic island on Harvey Road is missing a sign, illumination, paint or any other method of seeing it. When turning right into Harvey Road from Mandeville Road in the dark and rain it's impossible to see due to rain on side window. I damaged both wheels and tyres on the right side of my car due to clipping this unseen object on the road.
