Dead tree outside property on pavement.

There is a dead tree outside the property on a primary school walkway route. The tree itself has previously been trimmed by the council and is now completely rotten to the heart of the tree on one side, and looks as if it could potentially fall over on to the pavement and hurt somebody.

  • This has been passed to our maintenance team who will carry out an assessment of the tree and provide an update within 28 days.

    We have completed our inspection of the issue and have made arrangements for it to be resolved within 6-8 weeks.
