Been parked opposite 2 driveways and not moved since July 2023

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5308455.

Parked on pavement and opposite two driveways. Pedestrians have to move onto the road to get passed - car appeared in July and hasnt moved since - looks to be broken down or abandoned
