There have been 3 no parking bollards outside of the Portobello old people’s home for several weeks

Sent to Chartridge Parish Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5303784.

There does not appear to be a reason for these bollards I can only assume they have been put there to discourage visitors to the home from parking outside it and they are not authorised in any way. Please have them removed as they only push a parking problem further up or down the road.
