Poor road markings A404 & Inkerman Drive

The road markings are non existent at the junction of A404 Amersham Road and Inkerman Drive. If you want to turn right onto Inkerman drive there is a waiting area. You are sitting in the middle of the road on the corner and as the road markings are not there, cars cut the corner and encroach on this area into the path of traffic merging to the waiting lane. Accident wanting to happen every time I drive down there (which is daily). Urgently need white lines and white arrow repainted on road. Picture 1 is how the lines looked. Picture 2 red circle shows where cars wait to turn right. Picture 3 shows no white lines, no white arrow in centre of waiting area, no hatched lines.
