URGENT!!!! I reported this multiple times last winter and every time the other bins in Tingewick were refilled this one was omitted. Please make it clear to you operatives this bin is GREEN! The original bin was yellow but when it was damaged was replaced with this green one. With the building site in Field Close there are many vehicles using this junction in the early morning and it gets very slippery. with the slope of the road here the chance of an accident is increased when the surface is slippery.
