Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5268642.

People keep parking on both sides of the road and all over the pavement and verges. One guy who lives opposite daily parks on the pavement and verge over the end of my drive so I can't reverse in. I have a long vehicle so need the room to reverse and with cars on both sides of the road and verges this is a daily risk of hitting someone's car. I've repeatedly asked him not to.park there but give it 2 days and he does it again!! The verges are mud pics and the paths are blocked so people have to walk in the road to get past. There needs to be double yellow lines and wardens handing out fines to people who park like inconsiderate idiots. That's the only way to stop them.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
