The car is blocking the pavement and the entrance to use the stairs to get in and out of my house, my son is disabled and can’t walk properly so couldn’t get him out the house for school, and car is blocking part of my driveway so can’t get my car out properly too. I do have signs out side to say no parking but still there, car has been there since yesterday and is still there now at 11:45 on the 30 November
