Illegal parking on double yellow lines blocking private driveway

Reported via mobile in the Blocking a private drive category anonymously at 20:55, Wed 29 November 2023

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5266773.

I’m a resident of Oakridge Road (High Wycombe), specifically my house is located between the Oakridge Road/Plumer Road junction and the Oakridge school. Every day during the school runs (morning and afternoon) my driveway is blocked by the parents dropping/collecting their children from school. This is hugely inconvenient to me (the illegal parking as it is) as I have to drive my children to school at these times. Additionally outside my driveway are DOUBLE YELLOW LINES meaning that people who park there are breaking the law. The council has to send the traffic wardens to this area at the specific times on a regular basis and sort this out.
