Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5266625.

I parked in the Swan car park today for the first time in a while at around 12 noon. I went back to my car at around 17:30 and realised the parking system had changed as I went to pay for my stay. I actually paid on the machine thinking I was paying for the time I had been there not realising g the system had changed and I should have paid at the start of my visit.
