Car parked on double yellow lines and blocking disabled ramp access despite publicly displayed signange

This car is parked badly on double yellow lines but because it has parked on the pavement, there is not enough room to deploy the ramp I need to safely exit my child from our home. My son is wheelchair bound and we need the ramp to get him in and out of the house. If the car is still there in the morning, we will be unable to get either of our children to school. This also poses a huge health and safety issue as I won’t be able to safely evacuate my child in case of emergency. This causes huge anxiety for the whole family and we are beyond frustrated that this is still happening.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
