Illegal parking making exit from Windmill Close very dangerous

There is a space close to the church, and directly in front of the bus stop/shelter where a number of cars , and even worse, vans park all hours of the day an night. The vehicles themselves make exiting Windmill Close dangerous (restricted visibility to the right). This can occasionally be even worse when public buses are unable to park on this designated space, and have to remain on the road itself, often partially blocking the entrance/exit to Windmill Close , as insufficient space to either turn or stop for passengers. I have nearly been hit on three occasions as despite speed bumps cars continue to drive by at speeds in excess of the limit. I would like to see parking restrictions to prevent vehicles parking there. Thank you
