Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5263507.

HD05 RCV. Vehicle is parked on path cutting off all access for pedestrians, forcing them to walk in the road by a blind corner. Car is also partially blocking access to garages. Vehicle is showing as taxed and MOT'd but obviously I'm not permitted to use askmid to see if it has valid insurance although I suspect it doesn't. It's been there since at least Sunday 26th November and doesn't appear to have been touched in this time
