Damaged manhole cove

Reported via mobile in the Manhole cover broken/missing category anonymously at 10:40, Tue 28 November 2023

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5260341.

Back in June,a manhole cover was damaged by one of YOUR waste collection lorries being parked over it for a prolonged period while the driver ate lunch and played on his phone. It was reported to you straight away and you placed four bollards around it (the cage filled with rubble was placed by residents wishing to stop wild or domestic animals crawling into the hole). No further action has been taken since, despite multiple reports to you from residents. Your website was reporting this as 'fixed'. It's an eyesore,it's dangerous,it obstructs the pavement it's been that way for nearly six months. Can you explain why this simple job has not been completed?.
