The car is blocking the alleyway to/from Whitehill park and blocking access to the electricity area

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5259342.

The car is a black car that keeps parking on a grass area off Palmer Avenue blocking the pathway to/from Whitehill park. There are nettles growing so hard to manoeuvre around the car. It does leave and has a Just Eat bag inside. It has been parking there for a few weeks now.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
