Gradually since opening the outside space in front of this business has encroached more and more onto the pavement and in my opinion limits access for pedestrians, those with mobility issues and mobility aids etc and could increase the risk of slips, trips or falls. The signage could be a hazard. Is this permitted use of the public footpath

  • This has been passed to the local area technician to investigate the enquiry/issue regarding the footpath/pavement/cyclepath.

    They will carry out an inspection within the next 10 working days and if required arrange to resolve the issue.
