Street light not working

The street light is not working at Garron Close is dangerous as it is pitch black at nights and you can not see anything. There is street lights in other roads so why is it for this long the street lights is not a priority for us. It feels so unsafe, will I receive a refund for all the time the street light has not been working as I do not understand why I am paying council tax if services are not being provided.

Updates

  • The Street Lighting Team will carry out an inspection and order a repair if required, this can take up to 20 working days; however, due to the exceptionally high volume of reports currently being received, it may at present take longer than usual to complete this initial assessment.

    Once the issue has been investigated, the team will order any necessary repair.
