Continuous blocking of driveway by individual who refuses to stop

Parents of children at Hamilton Academy continuously obstruct driveway to my elderly sick father’s house. Access to the property is required at all hours due to visits from medical staff and incase of an ambulance. When asked to move parents are threatening and abusive. One individual is doing this daily and refuses to stop unless told my the police or council. School are aware and this individual still continues to do this. This individual is rude threatening causing further stress to my brother and sister who are main carers to my very sick father. Please have wardens patrol this area on arrange suitable signage outside my fathers property incase of emergency access. Most recently a nurse was unable to park outside the house due to this issue. The curb is lowered and it’s clear this is a private driveway.
