WU59kxx. Copyground lane is a dumping ground for cars and council persistently DO NOTHING !!! This has been reported several times now. I WILL BE CONTACTING WATCHDOG REGARDING THIS !!!!!!! No point filling out online forms when nothing gets done !!!
